It renders Formula A in career unplayable. The pit stops simply do not work. No fuel is ever added. Fed up to of wasting hours doing half races only to have no fuel put in.
Nearly a year in and this element is still a pile of unfinished crap.

Usually in lobbies with the same car and fixed setups, the fuel in the tank are different. Someone with 5l and another one with 51l. That's too difference to manage the car and get fast.

Do a pit stop with fixed setup its like play the lotto. Sometimes the box put fuel, sometimes not and your car get empty... Sometimes put low pressures, sometimes don't change the tyres when the tyres are completely dead, sometimes put rain tyres in sunny conditions... It's a completely caos.

I can't understand how in 8 patches the game still having errors like that.

Formula A series does not allow refueling during pit stops. This is explained in the series regulations screen and the introduction video.

In that case then, please grey the option out in the Strategy dialogue, and also pleae fix the consumption extimate. At the moment the Formula A cars burn about 4 times the amount of fuel compared with estimate.
Something you don't find out until you're into a race and its too late. Unless the developers advocate doing a 100% race length simulation in practice? Who has the time for that??!!

the in-game fuel calculator is just an approximation. You have to do your own fuel calculations using simple math, just like teams do in real life, since fuel use varies lap to lap depending on weather, traffic, pace, weight of the car, etc.

We had this problem last night too. I had to pit for fuel and lost 1st place to someone who didn't have to pit. Full tank vs half a tank in the beginning.
Ohh I can still hear the Lama screaming...
