Firstly, congratulations to Stephen and the performers on that beautiful piece.
Stephen said he is doing a very different soundtrack for PCars2. Hopefully it doesn't stray too far from the PCars OST which is fabulous and a nice departure from genero-rock present in so many games. It is nice to have something classy for a change.

Thanks Paul, fiver in the post. We'll see how it develops - some interesting options that I need to chat to the boss about in the coming months.
There is one track from 2007 (9 bloody years ago already gulp!) that I want to redo though.![]()

It is a work of art, especially the ambient mix. Beautiful.

Personally while I quite like the music in Project Cars I would really like to hear some well crafted rock done with the same class Stephen has done on the other music. Something raw or something progressive (or both). The sound of an overdriven guitar moves me in the same way high power engines do.
I have to say the Bannochbrae piece is a great standout piece of music.

I was listening to this again today, that ambient mix really makes the hairs stand up on the back of your neck.
