Are they connected to a Fanatec wheel or directly via USB? I've got the same pedals, connected via USB, and have never had the rumbling effect. As far as I'm aware, something called Fanaleds seems to make them work in this scenario but it's not something I've tried myself (and am not that bothered about, truth be told).
