Although racing etiquette is a universal language. I've raced players who didn't use a mic but a simple headlight flash shows respect.
I wish the AI would respond to those flashing head lights. LOL iv flashed them enough and had to ride patiantly behind the lap car till a long stretch came up, or i could sneak past them.

I like the idea of the rating system applying to career mode. It's an added variable that could promote/demote tiers and affect your career progress.

I have to admit, I hadn't considered that option. I like it!

We don't do that here. If you want to start something like that, you will need to do it on another forum.

It can be quite frustrating the rammers, they ram the first lap then leave the server, I think it's a mentality learnt from other bad drivers i.e if you can't beat em and so on, a tier system whereby you have to earn via accolades the server you join would help, i.e gold, silver, bronze, each achieving a certain standard before being allowed in a server, earned through off line AI racing with a minimum standard for each award, bronze say 80% AI finish in the top 3 of 10 races, and so on up the ladder with an increase of AI percentage before being allowed in a server of the corresponding accolade, not only would it improve the frustration of jump in any server newbies, who lets face it are entitled to join any multiplayer, and some want to test the water and after a wreck or two think not for me and move on, multiply that by a few, and boom game over, how to organise that system is one for the organiser's, it would also give some sense of achievement to newbies who feel they could move up the ladder and race against others in there class, (best of the second league rather than bottom of the premier league) instead of aimlessly driving round and round in off line mode.
