    Can't tune lobby you can't touch nothing but open lobby for tuning it should work that way when everything is set right.

    Stock Tunes are Not Bad... I Run all Cars Stock tune and I Get Very Competitive Lap Times...But this is Very dependent on How well i know and understand the Track!!! I even have 4 #1 times using Stock Tune!!!

    IMO Most of the time Custom car tunes mostly compensates for your Driving style... Maybe you like to Dive Bomb into Corners so you make the Car turn Sharper, Maybe you Trail Brake so you set Brake Bias to fit your Braking style ETC.
    There is No one perfect tune.
    Heavy Down force = Slower Straight line speed.
    Lower Down Force = Slower Cornering Speed.
    Its all about your driving style and How well you know the Track and Car.

    Agreed but some race cars do need "optimising" for some tracks. Fast tracks especially, and also bumpy tracks. Difference would be seconds worth in TT, depending on the car.

    To the OP-

    Try to learn how to use the RUF's weight shift characteristics on corner entry and exit. Being able to use your pedals to very accurately trail brake and induce a little over-steer, then get on the power ASAP is the key. This goes for every car and is where most people produce those extra couple seconds per lap.

    There is no substitute for learning the track really well. Find out where you are good--then you need to be good in that section each time you drive it. Find out where you are bad, why you are bad, and how to improve. Make sure you are using the right car. You can learn a lot about your driving by watching replays. Good luck and have fun.

    It can take a lot of work to find those last couple of seconds. Honestly, I think the last couple of seconds are more difficult by a factor of 10.

    You could always take my approach. Realize that there are always going to be people who are faster, and people who have more time. Instead, I focus on having fun, even if I'm racing in 5th or 6th place. I also find that I'm faster in some car types than others. Put me in C1 on Nords, and I'll podium in all but the toughest lobbies. I guess what I'm saying is, don't limit yourself to GT3. Explore different combinations and see if maybe there is another class and combo where you're more competitive. pCARS is a very broad game.

    in ESL events I changed my setup before the race, especially the fx scale.
    Original 26 Modified 18, the change is noted in the race.

    FFB settings are not affected by the "Default Setups Only" setting in online lobbies.
