Windows 10 now lets you assign audio devices to applications, which will achieve what you want and is the recommended approach. Alternatively, go to the app's Properties page and enable 'nAudio playback'. Restart the app and you'll be able to choose which audio device the app uses to play sounds. This has been a feature for like a year :P

Oh! I'm on Windows 7 so I'll do the 2nd approach. Man, I'll get right on that. Thanks! I've looked through the options before but never found the option. Cheers, boss.

Would it be possible to add an option to disable all messages except the spotter if another car is within a certain distance or time?

it's something i did look at a few months back and it's a bit of a pain to be honest. However, I did implement something that goes part-way to what you're after. If you enable the "Advanced prioritisation" option in the Properties screen you'll get far fewer messages when other cars are close to you

is it possible to increase the volume of the "other" Spotters. I like to hear different voices in my head, but I can bearly hear Lee, and if I turn the Vol up the CrewChief (you) is too loud.

Is that option available on the android version? I don't see it or a Properties screen...I see Preferences, but Advanced Prioritisation isn't listed there.

Is it possible to use crew chief to control pitstop options? This would be an amazing addition to an already great app if it was possible.

Yes it is possible. I find it hard to navigate true the menu so I just have multiple strategies saved and chose between them.

If you want to manually navigate the pit menu with voice commands, use "pit menu toggle", "pit menu up", "pit menu down", "pit menu left", "pit menu right" and "pit menu select".

    PCars2

    default key bindings:
    "Car Management": e
    "ICM Menu Up": w
    "ICM Menu Down": s
    "ICM Menu Left": a
    "ICM Menu Right": d
    "Pit Request Toggle": q
    "In-game Chat Box": t

You can request a pit stop by saying "pit request", "in this lap" or "box this lap". This will open the pit menu, select 'pit request' and close it again.

You can select strategies with the voice commands "strategy one" / "strat one", up to "strategy four" / "strat four".

Thanks for the detailed reply freeon

I just need to add that the game sometimes forgets the 'Pit Request Toggle' assignment. Even though the in-game UI show's it assigned to the 'q' key, pressing 'q' has no effect. If you find that the 'request pit' voice command doesn't work (you enter the pitlane and your crew are still smoking fags behind the garage) then reassign the Pit Request Toggle in-game.

Also, you can add a specific amount of fuel with a voice command now - "add fuel, 40 litres". But this is pretty flaky - it need to correctly recognise the number of litres, then it needs to make *a lot* of key presses (navigate the pit menu to refuelling, press 'decrease' 150 times to ensure it's definitely on 0 litres, press 'increase' 40 times)
