Thanks for the tip, will try them out, because i too do love the way AC feels.
But what are your setting (eg sensitivity, deadzone etc) I would think that these also are pretty important to have here?

Read in one of the many posts about FFB not to use 100 and instead use 60 or 70 as having it too high can distort things, a bit like listening to music in the car, if you max out the volume it sounds terrible but lower it a bit and itís still loud but much clearly and enjoyable.

NOTE: This was for XBOX One Set Up:
After almost a whole year of trying almost every conceivable FFB settings for the Logitech G920, I think I have found a good set up. The main issue that held me back from finding a great feeling was the thought that GAIN had to be set at 100% for the system to work at it's peak. Fortunately, by trial I found that for the G920, 50~60 % Gain is more than enough, and also allows for the previously un-used function of FX to now be able to be utilized for much better feel all the way around. I have experimented with about seven classes of cars and found this to be the general settings that work well for me. RAW 60/32/78/50. At the very least you could try it and see what you think, especially with 12 cars on track.

I have been experimenting with lower ffb on my g920 but instead of lowering gain I have been lowering volume so my ffb is within the range of only the first three force bars in the ffb histogram. Previously I had been habitually adjusting so I just got slight clipping so I was using the full force available.

I prefer the lower volume and can feel textures and detail more clearly than the heavy setting with my lap times being slightly better but also much more consistent. I will try lowering gain to see how that feels too but it does seem that under driving the g920 does result in a clearer ffb signal.
Cockpit view. 32 inch distance to 58 inch 4k HDR TV. Proper fov, 78. World movement 30, all other camera movement, 0. G920, shifter, Raw, 100, 40-60, 50, 0. Assists, all off. Currently play 90-120/100 AI. 10-20 lap quick races, some tt. Decent hifi, big speakers. Home made rig.
You Tube Channel, recording my attempts to beat the AI at 120/100.

Yeah to the above. After running FX at zero because of the excessive jolting/ratcheting effects with 12 cars on track, I had gotten used to a wheel with hardly any road feeling. But now with lowered gain I was able to add some FX giving considerably more detailed where I can actually feel all the road and suspension effects that I need to gauge what's happening.

Now I think I'm at a point where all I have to do is adjust the VOL between about 27 and 35 depending on the car and track type, and I'm good to go. After this adjustment, I was quite surprised at how similar the FFB levels were across most of the classes, especially since some of them like the Indy car and Form Rookie had previously been so different from most other classes.

The only exception being the Toyota 86 which has some issue (maybe not FFB related) when running more than 5 cars on track at any FFB setting. This has already been reported, but I just saw it yesterday.

    I prefer:

    Flavour: Immersive
    Gain: 80
    Volume: 45
    Tone: 50
    Fx: 80
    Menu spring strength 25.00

This, to me, seems the best and most realistic G920 settings for the PC.

This is an update (Feb 2019) to my previous settings.on PC.
    G920: Custom UFFB for G920/100/50/48/18 ( +/- for each car/track)
UFFB is a mod from RD

    DRR 0.04
    DRF .03

    SK 0.12
    SR 0.03

    SG 1

Have no Dead zone, no wobble, no clipping or grinding/chatter with these modified settings:

[Deadzone] (output (tighten output 0.04 0.3))

    [Scoop] #(output(scoop output 0.12 0.03))

    [output] (output *2.3)

    [compression] (0.65) (*1.10)(*0.02)(*0.02)))

    [scrub] 1.0

    [FX smooth] 0.20

I'm done messing with it all now, totally happy with it.

This seems a great setup, tried it last night. Only had my G920 a couple weeks and was getting frustrated when I tried various different suggested setups. As you mentioned later, the volume may need some slight tweak depending on car but this seems a great base to start with...so, cheers for that
