Right now a wrecker can be U and a new guy starting out be U.

How the hell should we tell the difference apart?

Better off starting at, say D then you can get demoted to U for being a wrecker, or climb to A if your good.

    I demand a reasoning!
So crashers who earn a U don't have incentive to reset their profile and come back with a higher safety rating.

You can't reset your profile by yourself. It's stored online.

Even without editting skills: if you drop from C1500 to E1300, just copy your saved game back. I'm staying out of the rating system servers until everything gets balanced and safe-guarded better...
If everything seems under control, you're just not going fast enough.
