    If the corner exit has a short segment that is very slightly banked towards the outside of the bend, and it's just enough to cause a drift angle to slowly start building up, then is there a setup adjustment option more targeted for this kind of problem than the more generic balance adjustments by anti-roll bars or spring rates?

    I understand that, but if it's a fairly short track and that particular corner leads to an important straight, it can cost you a tenth or a few if you can't exit it full throttle because of careening out if you do.

    Anyway, I think I got it sorted out now. I have a toe-related question though:

    Can anyone explain about dynamic changes to toe angles? Do they change on suspension compression/extension? Which direction and how much? Are these changes specific to car or suspension type, or can you generalize?

    Impossible to answer without more information.
    You'd need the schematics of every front/rear design and do a lot of math/simulate and measure toe changes through its range of travel... It's not just the design kinematics but there is flex on the arms that bring about minor toe changes from different load force vectors...
    SMS has that sort data on most of the cars.

    I see. It might have been useful to know how much of the issues in cornering handling can be attributed to changes in toe angles, but looks like it's not that simple to find out.

    A more comprehensive udp telemetry app might help.
    I'm not sure if udp output wheel alignment data, but mikeytt's vrhive might be worth a look.
