Thank you for that. I'm embarrassed to say maths was never my favourite subject so I have to ask for clarification.
From the example you included there which is the fastest UDP packet/frequency rate? 1 or 9?

1 is the fastest, sending data 60 times per second.

9 is the slowest, sending data once per second.

I'm running at "2", and that seems to work pretty well. It can flood your network / DDOS (denial of service) anyone else trying to use your wifi! I run my stuff on a dedicated wifi network separate from the rest of the house for that reason.

Correct, UDP 1 is the fastest. I recommend using it for RS Dash if your hardware can keep up with it as it will give you the best experience (especially with live timing). If it cant keep up, just keep increasing one at a time until you find something that works well for you. In my experience all hardware should at least work with UDP 5, no need to bother with the slower rates. Some people find their routers work best with UDP 4 (reduces lag), but i would just try the fastest first and work from there.

I just used your app with the beta 2 version of Oculus as another window in the VR environment - worked fine .

Had the window sat above the car just out of normal eye vision and was able to look up and see the information with no issues - you can angle the screen to any position/orientation you want . As long as the app runs on the same pc as the VR it works a treat and if you leave your mouse over the app on the actual pc screen a quick click and you can change views as well

    Cjorgens,
Thanks for a great App! I'm using the pCars Dash with PS4/Pcars1.
The app works great, but is there a way to interface it through my LAN connection? It is set up now through my wifi, and it only becomes an issue when in "multiplayer".

Thanks again for a great product.

    -Steve

As long as the PS4 and whatever device you are running pCars Dash on are on the same subnet (ie the first 3 sets of numbers in the IP address are the same), then it should work fine. It doesn't have any dependency on wifi specifically.

Hi is it possible to restore purchase via family sharing? I'm trying to use my Mrs ipad as extra device but cannot login or restore purchase.

Or will I need to buy the PCARS 2 pack again to use?

AFAIK in-app-purchases are tied to the Apple-ID which made it. So you have to be logged on with your Apple-ID.
