I have downloaded the superb template posted by Asturbo but when I try to print them I just get a blank page.
Any ideas? I am able to print other PDFs without issue.

It's in a very high resolution and it can overflow your printer buffer. Try printing in 300ppp. Don't use your browser PDF plugin. Better download and print from Adobe Reader.

Cheers for the tip. I got it to work in the end by changing the print to be black and white rather than grey scale. Great set of icons. Many thanks.
