Interested in buying a wheel for Xbox One X

So I live in Japan and space isn't really on my side, but I have always wanted to get a wheel. I am curious what is everyone's opinion on a great wheel. Do I have to have pedals with itbor can I just use the wheel. I want great force feedback and while money isn't a problem, I would also like good deals.

Keep in mind the Fanatec Black Friday deals should be live in a few days. Good chance to grab a wheel/pedal combo for 40% off. There's usually BF deals on the G920/Thrustmaster wheels as well.

You think you love PC2 right now... just wait until you get a wheel. You'll kick yourself for not have gotten one sooner.

Playseat Challenge is a nice foldaway seat + mount option. There's also the Wheelstand Pro and the GT Omega Wheelstand. All are good options for people who don't have room for a dedicated rig and want something easy to put away when not in use.

If money is no problem stay away from Logitech! Either a DD wheel or Fanatec/Thrustmaster. You'll never look back. Pedals are definitely the way to go.

XBox Compatibility keeps this a pretty straightforward search. The only question is whether or not you want the Fanatec CSL Elite or Fanatec CSW v2.5.
Best advice I can give is to stay away from Logitech and Thrustmaster.

Okay so let's say I get the CSL Elite starter pack, do I set it up on a piece of furniture or what? I'm new to game racing setups.

You can clamp it onto a Playseat Challenge for example, which can be folded away if not in use.
Or, if available, you can also fix it onto your desk.
