I seriously don't know those DJs at all. Then again I hardly know any sampling entertainers. I like to stick to mucisians and artists... as in the people who use real instruments (including vocal chords) and the ones who turn that skill into an art.
Last lives I went to that I liked were that of Joe Satriani, before that Steve Vai and before that Dweezil Zappa.

if you mix your ketchup with the mayonnaise, stir it hard and add some spice, you end up with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. I'm not a fanboy and I'm into almost every kind of music (every moment has its own music and vice versa), but you have to admit they have some very catchy tunes. If you like the Pirates of the Caribbean theme (the classic one with real instruments by Hans Zimmer), they made an official remix for the last movie, with approval of Hans Zimmer. Sometimes classic music and modern techno music aren't that far away from each other. It's like an original Ford GT40 MK I and the new Ford GT. Both are great in their own way, only the first one is missing in PC2 (attempt to get back on topic).

Oh boy the condescending 'Real music crap' is still being voiced? Thought we had that discussion 35 years ago... Since then many have come to the dark side or should I just say the gray area( admitting electronic music can inspire feelings other music types fail to do). There's good classical music, good rock, metal, pop, and also electronic and so on. Kraftwerk started early seventies or maybe even earlier. Their music still easily passes the test of time. For evey situation there's fitting music(/ style) and electronic adds to the pallete needed. And it can it can touch me on a deep emotional level like amost nothimg else can.

If only real insturments counted we should have stopped after classical instruments.
