differeces between normal and 24h versions of the GT3 Cars?

Question: Is there a technical difference between the normal and 24h versions of the GT3 cars? Is there then in both versions the same tires to choose from or differences in the gearbox or elsewhere in the setup settings or are there only visual differences such as the yellow headlights or the other coatings?
An example would be the Audi R8 or Bentley Continental or Porsche 911.

thx for the help and answers.
    Sorry for my bad english.

Physics wise, they're completely identical. They're only in as per manufacturer request to have more liveries available as these manufacturers didn't want to see a 24h livery on a sprint car or the other way around.

Just the answer I was looking for thanks! I guess in career then the endurance series only lets you pick the cars with the 24 hour liveries then? Or only those PLUS the manufacturers who don't mind about different liveries? Otherwise people could just select the 'wrong' liveries and use them anyway.
