    Try it You won't know if it works for you until you tried it yourself. But in principle a qualy setup should be fast a racing setup should be what is likely to get you to the end in the highest finishing position. So the focus of the latter should be more stable, take tyre(and engine!) wear into acccount, predictable, and so on. That all isn't very important in qualification.
