    Red face T300RS FFB Settings

    hi, to every one.

    i want to specify that i've tried to search before opening this 3d, but i found a lot of information without finding a solution (and getting a bit confused xD).
    I'm am an owner of a t300 gt edition wheel and obviously i'm a ps4 player.
    What i'm looking for is something like Assetto Corsa feedback, not in fact of strenght, but in fact of feeling with road ( AC has really good FFB, rough enough for my taste)
    I've tried everything posted on this forum (maybe something was tried before the patch or maybe i missed the correct set up)
    with raw 100 25-65-80 i got a good feeling with kerbs but not with the tyres.
    raw 100 22-85-65 good with tyres but not with kerbs.
    raw 90 40-55-50 all round but flat

    in any case with this setting no feeling with the asfalt.

    Immersive 100 32-70-40 good but halfway between feeling with asphalt surface and the effects on the track.
    90 28-65-55 good effect (but these ones too strong, i guess it is not too much a real feel)

    Informative 85 38-65-60 good but i don't know lees something.

    i really don't know what i can do. If some one can help me your welcome.

    p.s. with every set up seems like there is a little bit of clipping.
    p.p.s. sorry for my english

    thank you so much

    You are bound to get clipping with so much gain. I run about 65 to 70 depending on the car and that is about as high as I can go without clipping showing in the graph in the HUD.

    I guess is the one down on the left that seems and histogram.
    But what I have to check to avoid clipping?

    I tried a lot of different configurations during these months and my conclusion is that you can rwach a good level but you have to forget to get the feeling of AC. No way for the moment. Maybe with next patches it can arrive. Maybe...

    The last bar on the right hand side. If it's constantly showing up red.
    A little bit over severe bumps is fine though, it shows you're near the top of the range.

    After lots of testing i can recomend you try Informative 95 50 50 60, because of the autontune if it’s clipping, it’s very little.

    I really don't think SMS is going for the AC FFB feeling. I admit I also find I enjoy the feel of AC better, but pCARS 2 is good but different. After playing for a bit I have found that I get the info I need and it feels convincing.

    My settings are more on the dull side and for the T300 on ps4 but people are welcome to give them a try. These are the latest I am using for the Ginetta GT5

    RAW
    Gain = 75
    Volume = 32 (this can change from 28-40 depending on the car. I mapped keys to change it on the fly)
    Tone = 30
    FX = 32

    Edit - I actually had the above settings wrong.. I run volume at 37 with the Ginetta Jr and run the GT5 at 32. The FX I recently bumped up to 32 as well just for the feeling of bumps.
