You're one of them? Because no one in their right mind would support the same attitude that certain dictators have.

I know. The problem is that I do not know another way to make a correct comparison with respect to those players who demand to eliminate and impose limitations to the game by default and that no player can avoid it, instead of using the configuration and customization options that the game brings .

In the case of this thread: There is the option to not have the 2 minutes of waiting time before a race, so that immediately after the qualifying session go straight to the race, forcing the players to prepare their cars during the race. last minutes of the qualifying session. Therefore, as another user had already commented, the simple act of kicking players within a few seconds of starting the countdown of the waiting time before the race is already a violation of their own rules in their own event.

The same thing happened to me once with a player who always organized online races in the MULTICLASS style: He always organized online races on Daytona Road and LeMans with the LMP1, LMP2 and GTE. Whenever I entered his lobby I always chose LMP1, always winning, until a day came when the Host started calling me "Noob" and complaining that I always play with LMP1 and that I should choose the same kind of car that he uses (GTE), to which I told him that if he wants us all to use the same kind of car then he would not use the "Multiclase" option in the settings, but instead, he started kicking every player that he does not select a GTE ... that is, he uses the Multiclass option as a kind of "Personal Filter" to kick and ban any player who chooses LMP1 or LMP2 to stay only with GTE players.

Religious and/or political reference are not to be used on this forum (for many reasons).

Wouldn't the solution be an adjustable pre-race timer rather than kicking players that are merely using the time SMS (and by extension, the host and players) gave them all?

Personally, if I need a quick trip to the bathroom after a 30min+ qualy, I don't want a bunch of iron-bladdered wazzocks kicking me! If I know in advance I got 1 min, I can quit qualy early, LOL

hahah, yeh same for me. I often need a wee pre race.

Some sort of adjustable timer would better i agree. Many online races are very simple and just dont need everyone to be sat idle for 90 seconds. Especially as the time waiting for lights is then so short.
But of course more complex races like 30mins at the ring with mixed weather when you missed qualy feels a bit harsh if you get voted out after 9 seconds!

For the kicking side, im pretty sure some players use hanging about as an attempt to P people off or play some misplaced mind games. So the vote can be of use here.

On the other side of the coin I think vote kicking is also a mind game, and much more directed towards one person. Comparing the two I think waiting to minutes is less of an evil than starting to kick specific people a quarter of the(perfectly legal) waiting time. I can understand it after 90 seconds, but most of the vote kicking I have seen starts way before that.
