    I think it is caused by the pit crew being populated to every AI car that pits. On the PC you enable to see only your crew which should fix this.

    Our race at Historic Spa last night was multiplayer with no AI and only one car tended to be pitting at a time. I didn't notice it myself but I am on the One X so maybe that helps. I did notice it at COTA in an AI race though. I do think it's far worse with AI than human players for some reason.

    I can copy that you do also get frame drops in Schumacher S and the braking zone for the next corner on PS4 (standard).

    I see slight tearing in high visuals, a bit less in hi res, and reduced further in frame rate.

    Anyone irritated by occasional tearing should consider using that strategy.

    I usually run Long Beach in high res mode instead of high visuals to avoid the first few corner tears. Tearing is also increased with max grids where it occurs.
    Cockpit view. 28 inch distance to 58 inch 4k HDR TV. Proper fov, 65. World movement 50, all other camera movement, 0. G920, shifter, Raw, 100, 40-60, 15-35, 0. Assists, all off. Currently play 90-120/100 AI. 10-20 lap quick races, some tt. Decent hifi, big speakers. Home made rig.
