The nomenclature of actual intel CPU's doesn't make sense. The code doesn't means anything and it's very different to previous gens, creating a lot of confusion. i5 8600K has 4 cores with HT (8 threads) but i5 9600K has 6 cores without HT. Same with i7 processors that changed from 6/12 to 8/8.

It would be a good moment to change names of actual i3 to i4, i5 to i6 and i7 to i8 in reference of the number of cores and they could keep i9 as the hyperthreading processor.
