    Indycars and patch 6.0

Hate to jinx it, but I think it is possible to run 31 ai at indy on the Xbox x. Just tried real quick to see and I think this has been addressed. Maybe a moderator or developer can chime in, patch notes donít provide details.

Xbox x, Logitech g290, 31 field ai...used formation lap, started in the back, ai set to medium difficult and aggression. Seems to work now.

Og Xbox, 32 cars, no drastic leftwards pull and tire temps/wear look normal so far

Guess it's time to carry on my original career save with Indycar then

I tried 22 AI, had massive understeer but at least it was driveable, no snap oversteer into retirement. I guess it will be like the "non-oval" cars now, you have good conditions under 16-18, then bad, then not that bad over 28 but without the same accuracy in the simulation. A step in the good direction.

I ran 250 miles at Indy with a full field. One X with enhanced resolution. Seemed pretty smooth. Not certain if lap times were effected at all as I loaded up the default loose SMS setup because I wanted to eliminate the possible variable of an old setup causing problems. I'm not familiar with what kind of lap speeds are expected out of the default setup.

EDIT: It felt like the dirty air push was gone. Perhaps that is setup related though. My setup is a good 2 seconds quicker than the default I ran for this race.

Any chance we can address the massive understeer? That's where I'm at now post-patch 6. Loose oval setup makes it better, but maybe I should be using Speedway oval setups? (Thought those were specifically for Daytona though...)

    Thanks!
