Thrustmaster T3PA-PRO disconnect from the games

I have a strange behavior once in a while.

While driving suddenly I loose my pedals, or sometimes it won't go more than 50% of the max....

I have to disconnect my USB port and plug it back to make it work again, I don't even have to quit the game.

    Any suggestions?

Pedals are connected to the wheel, and the wheel to a USB port.
