hhmmm, only slight problem is, if I follow all suggestions given I cant really get below 1750 euro. That might be a bit steep. Any good budget tips?

Really? What are the exact pieces that you picked? I am also planning to get a new PC and so far I've came up with a pretty good system with a price of around 600-700 euro, excluding the graphics card. Depending on the one I'll pick, I might go up to 1500 euro for a 1080ti, but that's the max and I will probably pick a 1080 I think, maybe after waiting a little bit more for the prices to drop more.

Similar to yours, but with an i5 8400 instead of your 8600, 8 GB RAM and Windows 7. Better cooling fans would not make much of a difference for me, it's too hot were I live anyway, so I always race with aircondition on

With that system you would want 2666Mhz RAM as that is what the CPU is rated to run at.

How much have you budgeted for windows licence? - you can get a key from the likes of eBay for around £10 so you could save some money there.
as your running a stock CPU you could get away with stock cooler too to save a little more and upgrade it later.

How much are people paying for Windows 10?

For the last system that I built and upgraded I purchased a W7 CoA sticker from eBay and used that to install and register W10.

Worked out a lot cheaper than buying a new W10 license.

Might be a way to save a bit of spend?

1050ti would handle it fine but id say if you want cheaper than go a 1060 6gb, but they are not much cheaper than the 1070
im using ryzen 7 1700, 1060 6gb gpu, ssd drive for games and 32gb ram clocked at 3000mhz and run on 1080 in beautiful setting and avg 100-110fps
but i recommend to use a AIO water cooler not a standard cpu cooler
