Brake Balance Dial, Left or Right??

Maybe I'm blind, but in the PC2 car setup interface, the brake balance dial doesn't tell you which direction is REAR and which is FRONT. Seems like a simple interface design element that was completely left out. The same goes for the weight transfer dial. Am I missing something? Did I not see the info in the tool tip

Anyway, if someone could let me know which is Front and Rear (left or right?), greatly appreciated!

On PC Left is Front, in the picture(screenshot) I have my (Balance)Bias toward the rear.

This is so messed up. It should be the other way around. What is even worse is, when you change the brake bias while driving by using shortcuts, every time you increase the brake bias, you are actually decreasing it. The number even goes down on screen like: 'Increasing brake bias 47/100, increasing brake bias 46/100, increasing brake bias 45/100. Like WTF?!

Same with engine braking. Level 10 is no engine braking while level 0 is full engine braking.

Traction control is also defined weirdly, as the amount of slippage that is allowed. So 0 is maximum TC
