    Simplest solution here is to admit this game has moved into full blown sim territory and play GTS instead. It's more about racing than driving which works for me anyway, i still think PC2 is the better game if you have the time and energy but for me, GTS just works.

    If you tweak the controller settings a bit and you fallow the race engineer, pc2 it's a easy ride.
    I bought gts a few days back at 10 bucks just for see how it is and.... it's really bad in handling and sound. They all feel very similar and they sound like vacuum cleaners.

    And the rally.... Jesus.....

    If you dont care about having cars that handle properly and all sound the same but everything looks real nice. GTS is your game.......

    Just to get this thread back on topic...

    For those wanting another set of settings for their DS4, I've been playing around with the controller the last few days, and below are the settings that seem to work well for me. I use the right analogue stick for throttle and brake (up and down) and the left analogue stick for steering (left and right), with R2 and L2 for Shifting up and down. I modify R1 to be be either handbrake (e,g. for RX) or clutch (e.g. standing start GT3 races) depending on the racing I'm doing, but leave auto-clutch to on.

    Steering Deadzone: 0
    Steering Sensitivity: 40
    Throttle Deadzone: 10
    Throttle Sensitivity: 50
    Brake Deadzone: 10
    Brake Sensitivity: 50
    Clutch Deadzone: 0 (Not really applicable)
    Clutch Sensitivity: 50 (Not really applicable)
    Speed Sensitivity: 90
    Controller Damping: 75
    Controller Vibration: 100
    Minimum Shift Time: 0

    Driving Assists: Authentic (with buttons mapped to turn ESC and TCS off manually, R3 and L3)
    Opposite Lock: Off

    Give me some feedback on what you guys think.

    I used to do that in one of the old TOCA/DTM/V8 Supercar games on PS2. Interesting setup with the triggers for shifting.. That would mess with my head, lol.

    I have my iMac usb keyboard plugged in to my PS4, and i've mapped all my assists (T/C, ABS, ESC) to various keys on that, along with keys to adjust the vehicle seat height, recover vehicle to track etc. Standard controls for steering (L stick) brake & throttle (trigs) Square and X to shift and circle gets changed between clutch and handbrake, depending on the car i'm using.
    I know that with the clutch being a face button, deadzone and sensitivity options probably won't have much of an effect. But with those clutch settings, i swear i can get the FG V8 Supercar off the line with minimal wheelspin. Almost like the clutch is being eased out when i let go of circle, rather than a standard on/off light switch type of application. But at some point, i'll play around with that and see if it actually does make any difference or not.
