will it run on RTX cards? yes
will it support raytracing? Don't think so.

Some of the engine developers are putting in code to leverage RTX, however that will then need to be used by game developers (The functions) and or game developers update their existing engines.. So will it work with RTX cards - Yes - as they still do all the existing work.. will it be faster .. yes.. bigger bandwidth and horsepower.. Benchmarks will tell by how much in time.

Will a game benefit with rtx, yes likely a huge ammount more.. (as a lot of current shortcuts to make things look pretty can be offloaded) and use some basic ray casting/tracing to do some more realistic effects - EG dont raytrace the whole scene, but use ray it for mirroring/lighting approximations etc.. Im by no means an expert.. but i suspect once engine developers leverage RTX we will see an even larger boost over the boost we will already likely get.

That is highly unlikely. The game code would need to be modified to take advantage of it (if it is even possible to do so) and given the costs involved, for a benefit that reaches so few people, I can't see it happening myself.

Of course, now that the tech is out there, it is likely that more and more devs will seek to utilise it in future releases. But retro-fitting it is going to be highly unlikely unless it's a VERY simple process and has zero chance of knock-on effects (not just for pCARS2 but I suspect you'll find the same is going to be true for most games - not necessarily all, but most)

Frankly, considering how heavy the raytracing feature is, even with an RTX 2080 Ti, I don't see it as a priority for a racing game.

I didn't heard about a new AA algorithm though.

In my opinion, if a new feature was to be implemented, I'd rather see Nvidia Apex Turbulence like it was announced a few years ago (or is it called "Flow" now) for tire smoke / water spray and the realistic way it can been interact with.

yes, not really an AntiAliasing : this is "Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS)"
