No Custom Livery slot for BMW 320 TC?

Is there no Custom Livery slot for the BMW 320 TC?

I know we have a template for it but the livery select menu doesn't have a slot to select it.

I know it's fixed but it happens when you don't have a custom texture file in the textures folder. If it doesn't have the blank template even, it doesn't show up
