Hanging whilst creating Multiplayer Event.... hazard triangle (Xbox)

Anyone know why online events seem impossible to create?

is it just down at the moment, or is this a common problem?

I just get a screen with a yellow hazard triangle and it says "creating multiplayer event"

Nat type is Open, internet is working.

    Cheers

Any known XBox network problems site you could check to see whether it's a local or a global problem? Did it work before?
