CSL Elite PS4 version with csl elite LC pedals pedal shifter doesnt work anymore

I just bought couple weeks ago topics set. at the first wheel pedal shifter didnt work but i manage to get those work with combination of reinstalling driver/removed default.controllersettings.v1.03.sav(was from G29)
before anything I did upgrade firmware as told to.
now today just normal start (yesterday it worked) pedal shifter doesnt work. but now I cannot get it work with none of above tricks.
FFB wheel settings is custom but I have copied Jack spade.

And when assigning shifters it works in game.

with AC and Dirt pedals shifter works well.
I know there is same kind of problem with solved solution but those didnt help.

So you can assign the shifters in pC2 but when driving they don't work?

Resetting your controller settings in the game may also help.

all options were unticked in steam settings. I try to restore windows back to couple days, what failed because of forticlient.
but I changed wheel base to different usb (usb2) port from usb3 port and now it works. pedals arent connect to wheel and are connected to usb3 port.

is there any advantage to connect pedals to wheel with flat cabel and connect only wheel with usb to PC ?

USB3 ports are repeatedly reported to be unreliable with game controllers and especially steering wheels. I've never seen an explanation for this, but the advice is to always use a USB2 port.

As for connecting the CSLE LC pedals to the wheel base vs USB port, there is a small difference: the gas and clutch pedals will give 12-bit resolution in both cases, but the brake pedal will have 16-bit resolution when connected to USB, and 12-bit resolution when connected to the wheel base. You could experiment with both and see in practice if you notice any difference in braking accuracy.

Personally I always wondered if anyone notices the difference between the pedal having 4096 output values between no and full depression of the pedal, or 65536 output values. It would mean being able to control the brake pedal position with your foot more accurately than the thickness of a human hair. So unless other benefits come from 16-bit over 12-bit resolution (e.g. signal stability), I don't see much performance gain. Connecting to USB may give you some extra adjustment/calibration features though, but I don't know for these pedals.
