    can Air restriction be forced on some cars in a race?

    we would like to race lmp1 (not 2016) but the TS040 is needed to be Air restricted, is it possible to force from a server setup?

    Nope.

    If the car has the option - restrictor, turbo, etc - in setup it will be down to drivers being honest and running all their sets with the manual bop.
