I also gave it a try, just did a 7-8 lap stint in time trial (Default loose and TC disabled) and there was no overheating, max temps after the last turn were always 95C for the front left and 100C for the rear left and decreased much in the straight right after. I was not doing good lap times though, I was at around 1:18, guess with a couple second faster pace the tires will get more heat. But I would be surprised if they get up to 120C or so, which would indeed create big trouble to the hard tires..

With my basic setup the rears always hit 108-110C, which leads to oversteer. I've shifted the weight yesterday evening, now I can do four, five laps in a row, before the temps gets to high. But only low 16s were possible.

But the weight shifting was the push into the right direction. Now I'll have to check this with race conditions. As we all know, TT, private testing and even practicing online handles the tires sometimes different. For example, we were racing at Bathurst last week with the Falcon. In practice my (soft) front right was gone after eleven laps. And by "gone" I mean no green was visible anymore. Other guys reported their front right was done after eight laps!

At the race I was able to do twenty laps easily with the same tire, same tire pressure and same track temperatures. So some further testing needs to be done.

Have you tried swaybar or diff adjustments?
I'm confusing myself if I should suggest softer rear swaybar + less clutches on the accel diff, or stiffer swaybar + more accel ramp angle...

I never had a problem sharing my setups, so no need for that kind of privacy.

    Fast but tire eating:

The camber might be your problem but Bealdor can confirm that (I don't have the necessary tools).
Got a telemetry screenshot at the exit of the final corner?

Nope. As I already wrote, I had camber reduced by afair two degrees rear, tires were still overheating.

Maybe reducing camber with the slower setup will help keeping the temperatures lower, but this setup is already pretty slow, compared to fast one.

OK, a fast setup is always done for one fast lap, not for a long run. But I always have to keep in mind, the other cars in this class used soft tires in the past, and I already had to drive the hard ones, because of temperature issues. So I guess the others, like all the Vettes, can push constantly at Sugo, while I'll need to watch for the temperatures. And I dun like getting lapped.

Quick question: Are you running asymmetric springs on purpose?
