Unhappy World Movement and G Force on Camera settings stuck in 0 value and can't change it

When i install Project Cars 2 in Le Mans Spirit version/patch (v6.. or some number that is not 7, i can't remember it), i still can change the World Movement and G Force value on camera settings. But in the current (newest) patch, those settings were not editable, it just stuck on 0 value.

Fortunately, the result effect on gameplay was still use my previous settings, because i knew it my last settings for the World Movement is 100 and G Force is 0, although those value stuck in 0.
But after i tried to reinstall the game that i immediately get the current patch. World Movement and G Force are still sticking in 0 value and the effect i really feel on gameplay like the World Movement is 50.

Please, can you help me for this issue?
I really want the World Movement's value is back to 100. Camera was holding still on car.
