Session time in multiplayer lobby and livetrack question

Hi, I run some league races and I wanted to check how the session start time effects livetrack. I've been setting the 1 hour practice, 10 min qualifying, and 45 min race to start at 14:00. Does livetrack still carry over the rubber and dirt from practice and qualifying into the race even though they all started at 14:00? Or do I need to stagger them to make it work properly? Like have practice at 12:00, qualifying at 13:00, then the race at 14:00? I asked this because our last race had really bad grip levels in the race, but they were great in qualifying. This is on PC with a dedicated server.

In truth I am not 100% sure, but i believe each session has its own livetrack session i.e. they dont carry over.
