Constant Disconnect when connecting to dedicated Server

Good morning Everyone.

I have recently setup our own Project cars 2 Dedicated Server everything starts up smoothly no errors.

however when i connect to the server following error comes up on the DS console window.
Warning: Can't parse clients's IP address (a network name) as IPv4 address, IP-based Filters Will Fail and i Disconnect 10 to 15 seconds after that, but wen my friends join everything is fine.

the second warning when i disconnect is.
Warning: auth session with connected user (Steam ID) (Steam Name) failed with error AuthticketCanceled. Disconnecting User

Do you have any suggestions or anything i can try.
