    track wetness is random from what I've seen. but i'm not sure.


    edit: it rains at night time and in the day it doesn't rain, i'm not 100% sure if dynamic weather is in the game however.

    like i said if you bothered to read my full statement i liked the fact that payback had the day night cycle i never once mentioned weather in payback i was simply commenting about its day night cycle

    the only problem i had with rivals was a major problem and thats the fact that its map couldnt keep up with the cars all the time and sometimes you would run out of road because it wouldnt load fast enough and when it would do that it would cause the game to freeze. Iv had it happen on my Gaming pc which my specs are in my signature
