    Fun Car + Track Combinations

right now I'm racing the Ford Fusion Stockcar at Monza in: Fog, Fog w/ Rain, Light Rain, Rain.
x10 for weather and time progression, and 10 laps.
I've turned off track limits, so I can sorta slide the car in and out of the corners without being told to "slow down" because 1 tire went into the grass, plus the AI sorta park it on first chicane.

AI crashes a lot, it's close racing and it's fun.

Stockcars at Brands is fun too, but less crashing.

The Porsche 908 (vintage proto b class) on all terrain tyres at imola. Can't tell you what the AI are like but that car on those crappy tyres are fantastic.
Also the Lotus 72D at Silverstone classic.
Merc 190 at sonoma (I hate the track).
    Indy at Spa.
    LMP900 at daytona Road.
    GT1, light rain, imola.

In fact only Long Beach , Daytona Rd Course and Watkins Glenn are kind to me all the others I suck at.

Clio Cup at Brands Hatch (GP or Indy to taste) is a good recipe for fun.

Mitsubishi Evo at the Nordschleife, driving rally style, is also a favorite of mine.

Try the Ferrari F50 GT on almost any track. I usually drive the GT3s - mostly the Porsche, Audi and Lambo. But I've been playing with the F50 recently. It is a barrel of laughs. I have mostly raced it at Bathurst. For an old car, it is amazingly stable. Way more so, I'd suggest than the GT3s and much faster. I've also tried Silverstone, Red Bull, Road America. It's a real change of pace and style, but easy to get in to and very
rewarding. I also like the Bentley Speed 8 round Long Beach.

Spa is one circuit I don't understand. By fluke I'll stick a lap 2 seconds faster then I won't be able to repeat it.
Zhuhai is easy to get. Road America isn't too tricky either but fun.

That is definitely in my top 5 fav cars in the game. It's so good. So lively. The ffb is chatty. The power and grip is perfectly matched, it's balanced but reactive. Sublime.
That brings me to Bathurst - I can't drive GT3/E cars on that track but Group C, any prototype and GT1 (especially the F50 and the Panoz) are so good on that track.

    Road A @ Snetterton 100. Road C, Road E and Road G opponents. 60x Time Progression, 60 laps.

Maybe also turn off fuel usage and tyre wear and do even more laps, and also mix up the classes. If you are in a Road B, get the difficulty just right and besting the a Road As could be great fun.

This was better on PC1 but is still good now.
