    Triple Monitors 5760 x 1080

What kind of performance can I expect using a rtx 2018 ti with triple monitors with a resolution of 5760 x 1080? Just exploring my options.

Pcars and your system and a 2080ti will not have problems with playing pcars and all settings maxed out.
With my system this is the case so with a 2080ti I would not be affraid you could not max out everything.

Ooh, I meant to add these monitors can operate at 144 Hz. Do you think I can run all 3 at 144 Hz and max settings?

Stable 144Hz with max settings in triples definitely not, no system (without crazy overclocking) yet exists to do that

When I put everything (including MSAA) to High (not Ultra - does not make a difference I think anyway), except Motion Blur that I always have off, for a race with 15 cars around in sunny conditions my 2080ti gives me around 100-110Hz, while in the rain it gives around 80-85Hz. Of course if you really want that 144Hz, you can lower the settings and get it, I think without having a big impact on visuals. But in my recent experience with a 144Hz monitor, this is not worth it for racing games, the difference it makes is hardly noticeable. Of course different people, different preferences, different eyes though...

Another question regarding triples as I am in the market to purchase some and cannot decide between triple 1440p 144hz monitors or triple 1080p 144hz monitors. I know I will not be able to run 144hz but would it be worth it (with future upgrades possibly) to get 1440p 144hz triples?

    My setup is an i7 8700k @ 4.8ghz with a 1080ti

1440p and triples is great but you can’t play with all whistles and bells with your system. That said, you can turn down the res for games which your system can’t handle in 1440p.
I play mostly in 1440p. Pcars runs fine but not everything maxed out but that is fine for me.

...and Olijke, I think you are absolutely not getting anywhere near 144 fps with 1440p, right? There's just not enough power for home computers yet to run such stuff. Maybe in 2-3 years though, so yeah, if you plan for the future it may make sense.
