Sadly not. We'll have to wait for PS5 for the power to run games like Project Cars in VR on a console.

Doesn't work on PS4, however you can connect PSVR to PC with third party app and it works. Been using it since PC2 launch.

Yes, you can use it in Cinematic Mode, but not in true VR.
Cinematic Mode lets you select 3 different Virtual Screen Sizes, Small, Medium, Large
In Large Mode, it's like playing on a 120" Screen.

I used it for quite some time this way, but eventually, went back to just playing on my 60" 4K TV.
Reason, was EYE strain after Long races.

PC connection only works with the 1st Generation of PSVR head sets.
It does not work with the 2nd Generation Headset as the Connection have been changed on Generation 2 headsets.

edit: how to tell which Generation PSVR you have.
The 1st Generation has the Power, Volume, and Mute Controls on an Inline Cable Module. The Earphones also Plug into this Module.
The 2nd Generation Does not have this Control Module In-line with the Cable, all of these have been relocated to the Headset itself.

Wasn't even aware there was a gen 2. But just did a quick google search and first post I found was someone not being able to get the gen 2 to work and it turned out it was his usb that wasn't connected. He got it to work after all.

    Can you share that find...
I also searched, but have not found anyone to get the Gen 2 PSVR to work on the PC.

    Thanks

    edit:
I have Both, the 1st Gen, and the 2nd Gen PSVR
I am able to get the 1st Gen to work on the PC, but not the 2nd Gen.

This is the post I had found. Doesn't provide much detail. Just says he could get it to work and later found USB wasn't connected. https://www.reddit.com/r/PSVR/commen...working_on_pc/
