    Awesome channel.
I recently heard a podcast with a bunch of auto journalists and Jason. A discussion arises about lifespan emissions and efficiencies of electric vehicles and Jason put a bunch of veteran automotive journalists to shame.

Isn't it also a bit down to driving style? If you steer very quickly (almost digital) a firm setup will suit you better than a soft one because with a soft setup you have to give the car time to 'settle into the springs', so steering should be(ever so slightly) more gradual. Think of it like karting. The way you steer in a kart doesn't translate well to a car with softer springs and vice versa.

Not really, assuming your technique is correct. The transitions can mostly be handled by the dampers.
If your technique is incorrect, you can compensate with setup but that can move you slightly away from the most efficient /fastest/effective setup.
