Just wonder if somebody could point me in the right direction .. I seem to have the setting pretty much as I like but I do have one problem I can’t seem to sort out.
When I’m driving in a straight line or any line really it feels like I’m driving on Ice the car doesn’t seem to have any grip.
what setting?
What car?
What track?
Which tires?
Every car could be a race car, as long as you have the balls to drive it like that !

I'm not sure what you're asking for here.
PC2 ffb is derived from steering rack forces. Going in a straight line there's not a lot of forces on the steering rack. So there's little force on the steering wheel.
Going in a straight line your real car steering wheel will do bugger all unless the road is really rutted/uneven.
Also the logitech is gear driven, so there's a bit of slack in there (hence the rattling).
You could try the different ffb profiles, but first I'd try raw with high tone and FX.
Mostly you'll have little luck changing this. I don't feel too disconcerted by the "lack of ffb in a straight line".
