Bug - After qualifying the gear is set to Reverse

This happens a lot, after qualifying or when I going to restart a race, the car´s gear is set to Reverse even if my last used one was 1.

Never seen anything like that, but more importantly if you want to show when it happened to you it would be helpful to point us to a specific time in your more than hour-long video.

Do you have automatic gear change enabled? If so then it might be you're braking as the session starts. It's the only thing I can think of off the top of my head as a possible explanation.

It's around the 27m40s mark BTW (I clicked through the video to see when quali ended, I wasn't going to watch it all the way from the start either!)

EDIT: This really is a wild stab in the dark as I've only played using a wheel on PC.

Ops, my bad! I changed the timestamp of the video.

I used in this race my gamepad Logitech F310 and I use manual gear change.

Stupid question maybe: Are you driving on paddles but still got your h-shifter in reverse?

Yes, it happens just after Qualifying or if I restart the race, some times if I forget to look, when I start to press the throttle the car runs back and I get punished!

But in this case, I not using a shifter, just my gamepad.

By any chance, is the button that's used to enter/ok something or leave the garage also assigned as your manual gearing 'shift down'? (possibly the green A button, going off the picture you posted)

I have a similar thing happen with me on PS4. Dualshock 4, i use manual tranny with Square to gear up and X to gear down.
99% of the time, when i press X to leave the garage or my pit box and go out to the track, at the same time it will also shift down from neutral and into reverse. I always have to change back up into 1st. But if i press X gently when going to track, i can avoid it.

No, when I leave the garage by myself the gear is always set to Neutral.
