Lost set ups recovery

Hi. Grateful advice. I had to reset the PS4 after a software error. I have my profile back, points/rating etc. But no set ups at all. So it looks like everything is there except the set ups. Does anyone have any idea whether/how I can recover them. Super frustrating if 2 years of fiddling has gone down the tubes.

Did you back up all your PC2 data to USB or cloud before resetting?
