Can RLM Arena be integrated with PCars?

This program was the best at loading painted cars for use in private leagues and whatnot back in the day. Everyone who raced could see each others custom paint jobs and it was painless to use.
Any chance it could be modified for use in PCars?

They've already answered this numerous times, they wont add a livery editor of any kind into the game regardless of how many people want one. The liveries you see in game is what you get unfortunately.
