Changing the car interior

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the nooby question, is there any way to change the dashboard of the "inside view" of a car, I would like to change the dashboard color only, not the full texture, however I don't see dashboard textures in the dds files.

They are in the common materials packages, and can be changed by converting the binary materials files to the old XML .mtx files and editing the texture call, or edit the material defined in the cockpit.vhf file. I'm not sure that the cockpit files load loose any more without cloning the whole car unfortunately, not a simple process.

Thank you! It does sound time consuming. I was hoping for something more straightforward :)
