If we got a Toyota GT-One (TS020?) would that run with the Speed 8 in the 900 class or GT1 with the CLK-LM?

It does indeed. I think I have noted elsewhere, but these are the quali times of the top 10 cars at Le Mans '98 and the top 5 from '99:
1998:
CLK-LM = Grid: 1st (3:35.544)
GT-One = Grid: 2nd (3:36.552)
CLK-LM = Grid: 3rd (3:36.901)
911 GT1 = Grid: 4th (3:38.084)
911 GT1 = Grid: 5th (3:38.407) - Race winner
V12 LM = Grid: 6th (3:38.829) - Top qualifying LMP1 car.
GT-One = Grid: 7th (3:40.042)
GT-One = Grid: 8th (3:40.472)
LMP1/98 = Grid: 9th (3:40.503) - 2nd qualified LMP1 car.
R390 GT1 = Grid: 10th (3:40.649)
1999:
GT-One = Grid: 1st (3:29.930)
GT-One = Grid: 2nd (3:30.801)
V12 LMR = Grid: 3rd (3:31.209) - Top qualified LMP1 car.
CLR = Grid: 4th (3:31.541)
LMP-1 Roadster = Grid: 5th (3:33.711) - 2nd qualified LMP1 car.
What I hope to show with these stats, are that I dont actually think it really matters if we ever got the GT-One, if it goes in the GT1 class, or LMP900 class. If anything, over the 2 years of '98 and '99, the GT1/GTP cars proved to be a bit quicker. Although, like the Bentley Speed 8, it would actually be LMGTP, not LMP900. But my intention is not to nitpick, merely educate with those stats, which were taken from www.racingsportscars.com.
I dont know what rule changes happened between '98 and '99, but I think the difference in qualifying times is due to more than atmospheric conditions?
