At first try to lower the steering sensitivity to 10-20% and raise the Controller Filtering Sensitivity to about 0%-20%.
You also could set Driving Assists Allowed to REAL if you use a controller. Allot of real racing cars have certain assists on by default.

Must admit i am running the mad catz controller and the game won't pick it up as a custom wheel, instead i have to use the xbox controller option but on top of this the steering feels detached and so far i am not that impressed. To me forza 4 seems way better for me unless i can get the wheel set up right.

Hi axxion, just checking if you are playing Project CARS on PC or on XB1??

If you are on XB1, might be better to search for an XB1 thread, or create one for the MadCatz controller on XB1 if none exist.
You will probably get better assistance that way rather than getting your info lost in a thread for an XB1 controller on PC

If you are on PC, post here which Mad Catz controller you are using as they may be similar settings required for other PC gamepads.

I took several hours yesterday to configure the settings for my Xbox One controller, and I'm finally happy with them
You can see them on my Steam guide: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile...scn=1431074370
