Hello I've seen a lot of people on here saying about the control on the steering gets stuck etc using the xbox one controller I indeed have had this and followed the actions to help with this,what I haven't seen or been able to do on my xbox one controller is change the mode it's on I see there are 3 by reading the forums is this on xbox one or pc ? As when I go into the settings for the controller I can't see any mode to change.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm a real noob with these sims coming from Forza etc and I'm prepared to be patient and work at the game -love the challenge. But can anyone tell me what these differences are between 1/2/3 on the controller inputs as I'm led to believe that even with duplicate settings on different inputs, the controller still feels different?
