Renault Clio nervous

Could it be that there is something wrong?
If i drive the Clio without driving assists it`s easy to handle after 2 or 3 Laps.
If i drive with driving assists have uncontrollable breakouts on the rear. On long fast curves you have no chance and the back overtakes you any time.

Thats only on the Clio and the old Escort so far. All other cars are nearly perfect to handle.
Anyone else with this problem or a solution?

Reduce the tyre pressure for the rear slighty? Maybe just play about with the car for a bit, you should be able to bed out the oversteer.

Perhaps you are also suffering from the Hyper Sensible Controls on Xbox One...
The Devs are working on a Patch for the Xbox One.

Or what you also can do setupwise is to shift the brake Balance a Little bit to the rear...

Its nothing with the Controller as i wrote all other Cars are nearly perfect with handling.
Tire and Setup i`ve tried a lot but nothing changed except i turn off all assists. I hope the changes in differential bring some positive effects.
But that should not be that you can`t drive the 2 ones without setup or? Try it yourself with assist on an tell me how much fun it is?

I fixed the Clio by tweaking only the differential

Acceleration lock from default 100 down to 85

Deceleration from default 10 up to 50

I didn't touch the preload

Overall it made the car much smoother around corners without spinning out into the wall.

Actually the preload is the settings that affects most the input of driver. Basically it is one to the main thing things for making car upset under certain situations specially transitioning from breaks to accel and visa versa . If it's too response/nervous decrease it a bit.

You should be able to cure most of your issues with setup tweaks.

Differential decelration lock is a very easy and quick way to make it a lot more manageable.. the downside is that you won't be "chucking it in" to the corners as easily and thus do slower laptimes. In this car class it really seems to be like this: Difficult to master car setup = a lot faster if you can keep it together.
