need some help please @VIDEO GURUS!
I am on PS4, and had to use a capture device to get the MP4 file, works great, 1080p@60. have it at 13.4GB, 50lap race, 90minutes. how can I compress/ or make this smaller to be able to post this on youtube? (I can't get it smaller than 3GB, and have tried everything...any suggestions, recommendations, and/ or other process/ software you GURUS can recommend for getting this youtube worthy/ compatible?)

I have been trying to figure out and understand..how can I upload to YouTube, what is maximum allowed size? MB/ GB? length of video?

i use an elgato game capture hd 60 et when i record,i use premiere pro for the video editing,i try to upload 1GB OR MAX 2GB files size,to have it i use HANDBRAKE,u can compress ur videos with same quality,u got a very good graphic card,if u take pcars on PC it will be simple for you,Nvidia created Shadowplay and with this u can record all ur gameplays!
