    Dirt build up on visor?

Be cool for open wheel cars. F1 drivers have plastic sheets over there visors. A build up of dirt requires you to rip one layer off.
    Just adds abit more realism

Just the dirt buildup would be good enough and your pit crew should clean the glass in pit stop.

Right now Screen dirt is the dirty lenses effect. Dirt build up is not in the game and if it would be IMO ability for switching it off would be out of place.
