Just downloaded the Dedicated Server, after reading the userguide, it clearly has not been updated in a very long time. It links to http://cars-stats-steam.wmdportal.com/index.php/servers. But that is broken. It also mentions features that are going to be added, and nothing has changed. What is going on?
